Tony Molinaro, Chairman
A 1991 graduate with a B.A. in Communications/Computer Science, Tony launched his radio
career after leaving WSC. It included a stop in Denver as an on-air talent. Tony left radio to pursue a career in advertising. Today he is an associate creative director with the Integer Group. Tony manages the development of creative concepts for retail promotions on a variety of international brands, including Pampers. Tony and his family live in Arvada, Colorado.

Chris Holland, Director
Chris launched a successful radio career after graduating with a B.A. in Communications (1991) from WSC. He left the radio industry in 2002 to work in corporate sales and promotions for the Albuquerque Isotopes, the top minor league baseball team of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Chris has since returned to the Isotopes to serve as the team's Marketing and Promotions manager. He lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bart Bruns, Director
After graduating with a B.A. in Communications (magna cum laude, 1991) from WSC, Bart
made his way to East Lansing, Michigan where he earned his MA (1993) in Telecommunications Management from Michigan State University. Bart is the National Director of Leadership Development for the National Federation of Independent Business, which is widely regarded as the leading small business association in the United States. He lives in Missoula, Montana.


Kristie Colby, Director
Kristie earned her B.A. in Communications from WSC in 2002. As a student, she held a seat on the faculty hiring board for the WSC Department of Communications. The board reviewed applications and qualifications for teaching positions within the department. Kristie owns and operates her own business, Colby Creative Consulting, which specializes in search engine optimization, web site development and marketing. She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Hilarie Ryals, Director
A 1994 graduate of WSC (B.A. Business Administration, magna cum laude), Hilarie earned her MBA (dual emphasis – marketing and human resources) from the University of Colorado at Denver in 2007. Hilarie joined Milliman, Inc. in 1997 and is currently a marketing and administrative specialist.  Prior to joining Milliman, she worked in radio and retail management. Hilarie lives in Denver, Colorado.
